I really don’t like leaving bad reviews& don’t unless an extreme case. I am still at a loss for words. Listen it seems no one gives a crap anymore about their jobs, they don’t care if order wrong, slopped together, NOTHING! There’s absolutely no excuse for this, this screams we don’t give a crap about people who comes here! I challenge staff to take a moment to think how’d you feel spending $15 on this pathetic sub, really just bread with slight hint of toppings. I’m from Michigan & I promise you Firehouse there has ALWAYS been consist& great. This location has consistently kicked out shameful food. Ordered online ot took 2.5 hours to get my order it was soggy and disgusting and inedible and they refused to refund or help I anyway. Will not be ordering online from firehouse ever again!

I got a to-go order and when I got home to eat the sandwich, I saw that they completely forgot to put the meat on the sandwich. How does one forget to put the main ingredient on a sandwich?! Considering this was my first time ever there, it will also be my last. This is the Fire House Subs Keystone in Reno.
