Firehouse Subs Inman Station

Upon the pile of negative reviews, when this place first opened up, it was spectacular. Service was quick and attentive. And after plenty of other visits ( because the quality is better than subway down the street), the staff is just not up to par. Giddy teenagers who are slow with lacking work ethic need to find their grind. With I being in the service industry as well, it hurts. Please, please sit down with staff and please teach them great work ethic… as it will be beneficial in their future lives. Also, I understand the sauce bottles are communal, but they should never be “ dirty”. So much room for improvement. Have some kind of managing adult per shift, not children.

Always come to this one and occasionally have problems, but not bad enough for me to make the trip to boiling springs. Officially DO NOT recommend. Very rarely do they have a variety of veggie options. As I walk in I see a lady making the sandwich’s with her phone in hand, W THE GLOVES ON. She puts the phone to her ear, put it on the table where the food is, then goes back to making the sandwich’s with the same gloves. Totally unacceptable and unsanitary. Will not be going to this one anymore

I called and placed an order for an Italian sub once I got there 2 employees was just sitting in the booth together. They did not acknowledge me coming in whatsoever until I had to say something. The young girl proceeded to come up asked if I wanted to order told her I called it in.She just handed me the bag and took my money.She walked away and had her back to me she never said thank nor did she ever greet me. I proceeded to open up my bag and look at the sandwich looked at the sandwich it was cold, Not only was it cold there was no meat on the sandwich I brought it to her attention she laughed and turned to the young man that was working there and said something they laughed she just proceeded to walk to the back never said anything ,never apologized.They just thought it was just very hu

As a person who can not have sodas of any kind, and do not drink sweet tea. I was very disappointed in the fact that the only other alternative was bottled water. We paid for a combo and could not get the drink because they do not have unsweetened tea. We were able to get a refund for the combo and had water of our own to dring. Fire house sum owner of inman please do better for your customers. The staff was wonder, so was the service and food.

At first, I gave a little grace because I thought the man was working alone. I was wrong there were several workers, and they are really slow preparing food. You can tell they aren’t used to being busy because they pause and look at you crazy when you walk in. Maybe these are kids, but come on man.
