Firehouse Subs Heritage Plaza

On my third and last trip here, once again i had to wait 20 minutes for a simple sub. The crew has no sense of urgency when it comes to getting the orders out. Service is the worst of any Firehouse Subs that i’ve ever visited and I’ll not be back.

The subs here are very good. Customer service is great. I have tried steak sandwich and meatball sandwiches they are amazing. Way better than subway.

Did not have to wait long for our sub sandwiches, they were made quickly. Great options for sandwiches. Good tasting.

Super slow service. I waited 20 minutes to get a small medium sandwich. There was one lady in front of me that ordered multiple items to go and apparently they couldn’t handle the flow of two people in line to get me my sandwich quicker. It’s frustrating sitting so long waiting for your food at what is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Things like this make me not want to come back. Girl taking the order was extremely slow.

Employee Duggie Brown took pride in his job and was refreshing to see. Very clean.
