Firehouse Subs Harrison Ave.

Thanks for the pube in my Italian from 2/21/26. I've had hair in my food before. Not the end of the world but first time pulling out a pubic hair. I almost threw up. How does that even happen? Makes me sick just thinking about it. Absolutely disgusting is an understatement. Super trashy. Have some self respect as well as respect for others..

Every sandwich I've had here has been delicious. The meats are flavorful and of a seemingly good quality. Everything is made fresh, but the service hasn't ever been quick for me.

WORST FIREHOUSE I HAVE EVER ATE AT! Ordered online. Waited inside by the online pickup shelf Saw people come and go picking up orders from the shelf. 20 minutes later I walked up to the counter and asked about the order. The bag was sitting open in the prep area. The food was barely warm. The medium meatball sub had 3 meatballs. They tried filling it with sauce to disguise the fact there were no meat balls. I will never stop at this location again.

I had 6 items to pickup and only received 5. I should of checked! Once I got home 2 of the subs were make wrong and I was missing 2 orders of garlic bread. I've tried to call about 10 times over the last 30 minutes and it's busy everytime. My guess is that they took the phone off the hook. Very disappointing when your trying to feed a family of 6. P.S answer your phone this is pathetic.

The employees at this location are always fast and friendly and always go above and beyond. The subs are always fresh and delicious! The cookies? Fantastic!
