Firehouse Subs Hall/Hayes

My first visit here and I will not be back. I used a T-Mobile Hook & Ladder BOG1 promo.. They give you so little meat that it makes the bread to meat ratio horrible, thick bread with 2/3 thin slices of meat. I’m happy I tried it with a promo because it’s not worth full price . Barely any toppings, no flavor; just bread & lettuce. The place was clean, and the people were ok. Jersey Mikes is much better IMO!

My husband picked up a NewYork Steamer... which sounded delicious. There was so little meat the first 3 bites were all bread. The menu says that it had 3 condiments, I only got mayo. It's like the slim jim from big boys, iykyk.

I love how I can call and order my food over the phone and within 10 minutes when I go in my food is ready to go! The workers are always nice and greet me with a smile,very clean and my sandwich is always fresh! 10/10 highly recommend

Both subs I had were great. The employees were professional. I love the Togo containers they were really sturdy. I came at lunchtime, and I did not wait long. I will be back be back.

Awesome food however, really upset about the service. There is an Asian lady who work in the store, most probably indian/bengali she is so rude. Also, made my sub bare hands. I’m a regular customer in this store since 2020 and never had someone like her.
