Firehouse Subs Greenway Mall

I absolutely love this place, I know it’s a chain restaurant but quality is always very high and service is excellent + some of the best hot sandwiches around.

We haven't been to a firehouse subs in over a year and this reminds me why. We showed up to order our food and weren't greeted for 15 minutes of standing in front of the register. We ordered and then spent another 20+ minutes waiting for our order. We asked for the dessert for the kids meal and workers responded with short and snippy attitude. Definitely will not be going back.

Called ahead to request my order to not have a bun because that wasnt an option on Uber eats. They said they would write it down and steve kept rushing me off the phone while I was trying to confirm the details of my order. Go to get my order and sure enough, its wrong. I have a severe bread allergy so it had to be remade and the staff was annoyed. Asked for extra veggies and extra dressing, didnt get either. Paid the extra charge for sautéed mushrooms and got 4 slices of mushrooms. The actual bowl itself only has like 4 slices of meat in it, total ripoff. I think after I had to get it remade the staff just wanted me out the door and gave me low quality. I didnt even want to go in a third time for it to be right. Made this same order to the firehouse on arrowhead and had no issues! Won't b

The gentleman with long hair pony tail. Is very rude. Whether having bad day or stressfull workplace. He needs to learn how to Treat ALL with respect and remain good attitude.

Firehouse subs is a great and quick option. I highly recommend the medium sub meal- it was the perfect size. I got the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich on wheat bread. I love how they had to Coca-Cola freestyle machine, you don’t see that in many restaurants anymore. The food tastes very fresh, and the bread is very good. A wide variety of options, and the option to make your own sub.
