We ordered a tuna sandwich and mac and cheese for takeout, and everything was beautifully packed—secure, neat, and very easy to handle, which we really appreciated. The food was fresh and satisfying, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I also had a quick look inside while picking up the order—the place was clean, quiet, and had a relaxed vibe, which made a good impression. The only thing I wish they offered was a bit more flexibility with customizing sandwiches—maybe more add-on options or toppings to personalize the meal. Still, a great spot for a simple, well-prepared meal, and we’ll definitely be back.

A good sandwich shop and a consistent winner in my book. They heat your sandwich up using steam to melt together that awesome goodness. The meatball sub is my favorite but they're all pretty good. The facility is bright and clean, ample seating is provided, and a couple big screens on either side has sports playing for your entertainment. The folks behind the counter are friendly and courteous - they'll bring your sandwich to you when it's ready.

This location is exceptional... the employees are efficient, friendly, and professional. They treat their customers with kindness dress and respect.

I love being welcomed into Firehouse each time we visit. This location has a great crew and we have a wonderful time visiting and enjoy our the sandwiches. My family loves the variety of sandwiches that is offered. Plus, I love a place that can remember you and your order. :)

Went there on Memorial day cause Subway was closed, man I'm glad they were closed. First time ever in Firehouse. Store was clean an respectful. Employee was nice an helpful. Ordered 2 steak an cheese an was not disappointed. Freakin delicious, will definitely drive extra couple miles for it again.
