Firehouse Subs Forsyth Rd.

This place needs a management presence. It should not take 13 mins to receive this small thing when I’m the only guy here with 3 employees at 1:30pm. Dirty counters, dirty drink machine, smoke haze hanging in the air. Is the location expected to run itself?

The food is definitely a 5 for me but it's kind of one of those deals where, if you don't like it you probably ordered something you just simply didn't like so don't take the 4 star rating as a slight. I definitely love the fact they they have one of those freestyle drink machines bc I can actually enjoy the drink I want there. The staff is definitely younger and I'd say less polished but they are still nice enough and do what is required. This particular venture I got the new pizza sub and I was not disappointed. You can't ever go wrong with a meatball sub but then they add the pepperoni on top and it makes it into a cheesier pizza version of the meatball sub. My gf got the hook and ladder and that's always her go to. Will definitely be back as the food is consistent and fresh!

The cashier was rude. I never had a problem with any firehouse. I come here atleast one aweek. But this guy was rude and loud. Seemed like he had an attitude with just taking my order. Even with other customers, same attitude. He needs better customer service skills and atleast smile. But other than that it was good They did a great job on the sandwich Also the sandwich maker did atleast have good customer service...the cashier should switch...

I hadn't been to a Firehouse Sub in years, but I got a T Mobile BOGO offer and decided I'd bring my mom and use it. So glad we came to this location! The sandwich was a home run, super fresh, made thoughtfully and it is spectacularly clean. The workers were all kind, upbeat and seemed to know a lot of their customers. It makes such a difference to be a part of the community and they definitely are.

Th New York steamer is tough and full of gristle. Luckily my dog likes a $10 sandwich.
