Exceptional Food & Top-Tier Service at Flamingo Crossings! We visited the Firehouse Subs at Flamingo Crossings for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is great, featuring authentic firehouse gear and local fire-themed artwork. The Food: We only waited about 5 minutes for our order. The Turkey Sub was incredibly fresh with perfectly warm, soft bread. However, the Meatball Sub stole the show—the spice blend they use gives it a unique, savory depth of flavor that beats any other meatball sub I’ve had. The Service: What truly set this visit apart was the service. When the lemonade machine ran out, I mentioned it to Bryan. Instead of the usual "sorry, it's empty" response, he took initiative and had the syrup swapped out in under a minute. That level of efficiency is

First time at any Firehouse Sub location. Not sure what my expectations were but when I worked at Subway in my youth we were never able to solicit tips from anyone, let alone self order kiosks, that much is certain. Nonetheless, the "service" was nice as they handed me a massive paper bag for a 8" sandwich. Sandwich barely had any meat inside and was smooshed and flat. Toppings were minimal. The pastrami was BROWN not reddish as advertised or typical of pastrami. Not sure if I just ordered the wrong thing, but I would absolutely not recommend this place to others based on the pastrami sandwich experience.

This restaurant is very clean. Everyone that works here is kind and helpful. It’s always a lovely experience and we go there as often as we can! Love the food love the environment love that they support the firefighters!

So bummed. We go here often and I am very understanding. However, I found paper in my sandwich in 2 different bites. So bummed.

We did pickup , so can’t comment on overall atmosphere but our subs were excellent. Of course great selection of sauces , will visit again
