Firehouse Subs Findlay

firehouse is in my #2 spot for best subs out there!! this location is always a favorite for me to pop in, service is fast, and precise! there is always plenty of clean seating, and I always love a coke freestyle machine, and they have one! its always quiet in there and the temperature is always at a good spot! the subs themselves are phenomenal, the bread is so pillow-ey soft and fresh, and the produce is crisp and cold! need I mention the sweet tangy mayonnaise? 10/10! the staff is so kind and quick to help! too bad this location is so far from me because I would be a more frequent customer for sure!! my order: club on a sub with extra mayo! 🥪

This place has gone down hill badly since new owners started. Lock up early open later than the times it says they open at. The employees are rude and do not make anything right what so ever. I loved eating here before they took over. I get large subs and many times it’s literally inches smaller than the other ones in my order. Would not let me purchase two extra sauces for my subs. It’s terrible. Do not recommend. I will not give them my business anymore.

Wonderful food! Always fresh and they’re always so polite! 11/22 the owner had to deal with an irate customer and he handled it wonderfully! Major respect to this wonderful man!

Always consistantly and friendly. Accomodating ti changes made after order had been placed in the app. Friendly every time I go and it’s at least 3x per month to this location.

Would not give a 2nd hot sauce container for 2 large subs for 2 separate people ($30 order). Explained I am ordering for a coworker and the OWNER named Kevin repeated “it’s store policy” for 1 sauce regardless of how many sandwiches ordered. Did not offer to pay extra for extra sauce unless buying an entire bottle cannot get from sauce bar. only refused. 1 star service.
