Firehouse Subs Fairburn

I love Firehouse! I’ve been to several locations. This one however isn’t consistent. When they get it right the sandwich is delicious. The service is decent and the employees are pleasant enough. The inside is also clean which I appreciate.

There is one female that works in there; She wears a black flat scarf on her head every time I've seen her. I asked for her name but was told they didn't know it. She's very rude and she always mess up my sandwich. If I say no tomatoes, she'll add them. My last sandwich was purposesly burned and I refuse to spend anymore money at this location. The other staff seems ok. I refuse bad service where I spend my money. I'm posting the only good sandwich I had from them that she didn't make. Please get that female an attitude adjustment. She made you all lose a customer.

Love this location, the sandwiches are always good. My Hooks and ladder looks and taste good. My hubby's brisket is delicious. Could have been a little more meat but taste is on point. I will continue to support this location and recommend you do to.

Some of the most apathetic workers I have ever seen, even in fast food. The owner should be ashamed. Inaudible jibberish from the cash register lady, no eye contact, it’s like the walking dead. Food took forever. The answer is to have an active owner/manager on site. When the cats away—the mice play. Or in this case hate on the customers and the operation. No sales? It’s a self fulfilling prophecy.

Food is ok, service is terrible. We placed a pickup order for 5 people, so ~$60, and they forgot our sauces. We called to ask for a partial refund or credit for it and they said “if you don’t come pick it up, there’s nothing we can do for you”. No apology, no solution offered. So, they make a mistake and want us to drive back and forth to fix it for them? Bad service.
