Firehouse Subs Eisenhower Crossing

Very tasty sandwiches! Pretty good service & above average atmosphere. Cool touch with the kiosk ordering ability. They are a touch pricey if you want a meaty sandwich, but it's worth it at times. That's the separator from 4 & 5 stars. Overall, great choice to eat here, definitely better than Subway & edges out Jersey Mike's (IMO). It's my new choice for hoagie eats!

You place your order at a kiosk now; my wife actually placed our order, but I wondered if she was trying to refinance our mortgage based on the time it took. We paid about $33 for two eight-inch sandwiches, one four-inch sub, three chips, and two drinks. Considering the cost, I expected more meat. The restaurant and restroom were clean, but everything felt poorly-organized. They were out of straws.

This might be the worst made sandwich I have ever had from Firehouse Subs! I ordered the brisket and cheddar and I got 1 slice of brisket inside the sandwich…. They basically sold me a $17 wheat roll with a thin slice of meat. Not only did I wait 15 mins for the food and I was the only order for the store, but this is what they made for me. I will not ever return to this location nor would I recommend anyone else going there.

Can’t get orders right. Place is absolutely filthy. $40.00 for 2 sandwiches that wasn’t even made right. Don’t try to have them make it right, that’s a waste of time. Will not be back to this location

Great place to get a hot and fresh tasting sub sandwich. Has the best meats and ingredients. And lots of menu choices.
