The restaurant chain was founded in 1994 by two former firefighter brothers in Jacksonville, Florida, Firehouse Subs is known for great food and for giving back to first responders through its Public Safety Foundation. New to this location, but it is always the same, great service and delicious food. Today, I ordered something new for me "Smoking triple stack" , wow 👌. Got flavor, the mix of different meats 🍖 and the sauce. Yummy.

I have been trying to reach someone at your organization regarding my experience at this location. It is impossible to reach anybody at Firehouse subs... It is impossible! Wait time is ridiculous and staff is extremely rude!!!!! I would like to talk to someone about how I was treated at this store. How do I contact someone because the website is not working and I have messaged you through the app and no one has gone back to me. Once again filthy location, rude staff and ridiculous wait times for orders. Nevertheless the dialogue that customers have to observe taking place while they're trying to eat.
