Firehouse Subs East Tyler Street Athens

More than once have received an order made completely incorrectly. Ordered smokehouse beef and cheddar with garlic spread, add lettuce, add cucumbers. received steak and cheese with onions and peppers. did not have time to bring it back during my lunch and was stuck eating a sandwhich that I did not order and that was falling apart

Food was great, but the wait time was atrocious. We ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 11:55am. We got there at 12:03 to pick up. We finally got our 2 sandwiches at 12:45pm. We were not the only ones this happened to. I watched one woman cancel her order of 1 meal after 40 minutes, and another guy finally get his 3 sandwiches after an hour of waiting.

Ethan was our cashier and he was so friendly & helpful as this was our first visit. He suggested different things like the garlic bread & I'm glad he did. I was having problems getting completing the survey and Ryan came over it for me. Mario & everyone that I came in contact with was sweet too. I got the Italian & hubby got the Turkey Bacon & Ranch! YUMMMMMMY on both accts! We both got larges & I will probably have it for 2/3 meals. The Subways in town and even Schlotzsky's are gonna be in trouble. Experience was 1000/10!

Overall great. Food was 10/10 as usual, service was great. Firehouse Subs has never let me down. This one doesn't have a ton of seating though so when they're busy you might not be able to eat in. Have backup plans

This was our first time. Space is limited on the inside, but the service was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and great tasting. Definitely recommend the steak and cheese! Good job so far!
