Firehouse Subs E. Hardy St.

I ordered a catering order for my son's birthday. It was 14 of us. In addition to the 10 deluxe box and added a couple more items just to be sure we would have enough. When I got there they had everything packed and ready. It was all sorted and so neat. The help me carry it all out and were so nice. My entire order was perfect. Nothing was missing all fresh and exactly like I ordered. Thanks so much and just know you have a customer for life!

Don't order from here using a delivery service. They won't read the instructions, and will make the order incorrectly. I specifically requested no cheese. "NO PROVOLONE" is printed on my receipt. Guess what's on the sandwich? CHEESE! I can't eat any dairy at all, and I even tried to just take it off, but it was melted to both the bread and meat. The lettuce was also missing. Ended up giving it to a coworker, so I'm still without lunch after spending $50 on Uber Eats for lunch. First and last time ordering from here. I'll just have to visit my regular location in person from here on out to get my order prepared correctly.

Amazing experience. They even added extra pickles in a separate container.

Restaurant was clean. The food was delicious! The bread was fresh and tea was excellent.

I like the freshness of the bread, the pastrami and corned beef is good. I added jalapeno and black olives to my sub. I got the steamer sub. My only complaint is they add way to much sauce. There was so much Mayo, mustard, and Italian dressing on it that my bread got soggy. If I order again, I will order with no sauce unfortunately.
