Firehouse Subs

Got 2 small sandwiches : cajun chicken and roast beef in wheat bread. Both sandwiches tasted really good but we didnt realize they would be so small. Like less than 6 inches. We will be back.

Placed a mobile order in route to the restaurant. When I arrived at 1:20pm, I went through the drive-through (as I have a baby in the car) manager explained the ticket wasn’t due to be ready until 1:25p but That I was welcome to wait in the drive-through and they would have it out. There was a car in front of me that had been waiting in the drive-through when I arrived. Several Cars joined us in the drive-through line. I waited until 1:40 PM for my order. The manager was rude and short. I understand being behind on orders, but funny enough I have had another negative encounter with the same manager at the other Cypress location. I am a very understanding customer as I come from a hospitality background, and I usually stand with the employee. However this is clearly a management issue.. not

I wish I could speak with a manager at the fry location but seems like their number is nonexistent. Their sandwiches are really good, nice and friendly staff, only bad thing is when my daughter was at the end of her sandwich she found a long piece of hair in her box. I hope one of the managers can see this maybe require the workers to wear a hair net to prevent this from happening again. And just in case anyone says this - it’s not my daughter’s hair it’s two different texture and the one in the box is definitely not her texture.

Haven’t been here yet but I’m glad that stopped by because if it being right across the street from me. Customer service staff are friendly and pleasant, shop is clean and smells great. Sandwiches look and taste great too so I’ll definitely be stopping in again to try the French dip au jus as I could just drink the au jus on its own 😂

Placed a doordash order for pick up. When it was ready went through the drive thru and was told I could not pick up my sandwich at the window with no explanation. It was 8:15 pm on a Tuesday. There were no customers inside and the weather was freezing cold so was trying to stay warm. The sandwich was good but the choice not to just hand the sandwich through the window made no sense 😐
