Firehouse Subs Cool Springs

I used to come to this location literally 4 times a week, and the past month or so something has drastically changed with the way the sandwiches are made. I don’t know if it’s new management or new employees or what, but they are now simply unable to make a sandwich without burning it. I tried speaking to a manager about it and asking what their standards are for bread, but he told me they have “no control” over giving out sandwiches with burnt to black bread to customers

After mentioning to the young man taking the order that we couldn't have dairy due to food allergies, they covered one sandwich in cheese. The man never gave us a receipt. We left with our food and discovered the cheese covered sandwich (after getting back to a training class) and upon turning immediately around and trying to return it (they recognized us when we returned by mentioning they did) they refused to remake the sandwich since we didn't have a receipt. I spent $37 dollars for 2 meals and this is absolutely not ok. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and granted, the customer IS NOT always right, but this is blatant disregard for someone with a food allergy. All we wanted was a sandwich remade. The original wasn't even touched after seeing the cheese.

Stopped by a little before 1pm to get a tuna sub. The experience was incomprehensible. One of the sandwiches makers ( white guy, beard, ear rings) was literally yelling at co- workers, screaming out customers name and then stormed off to the back when he lost his temper. Not making this up. There were 2 women working with him and they looks terrified and embarrassed. It took nearly 40 mins to get my sandwich. Just unbelievable. So unprofessional. Will never come to this location again nor use them for catering.

Provided a very pleasing lunch for visiting family while we are trying to outlast an ice storm. Everyone was happy and enjoyed some those steaming hot sandwiches! Ironic that a Firehouse restaurant can come to the rescue for people stranded in their homes with no electricity.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Ayden at the register. He was friendly and patient and even recommended a sub I had never tried the jerk turkey which was sooo delicious I thought it would be spicy but not at all. Thank you Ayden for representing Firehouse subs so well!!!! You are the best
