Disappointing experience. I ordered an online order at 6:12pm tonight to be picked up at an ETA of 6:30. I arrived at that time and checked in with the cashier and they said they were still working on the food. Sounds good, so I sit down to wait and think I’ll be there for a few more minutes. While sitting I notice there’s a bunch of teenagers working there laughing and joking around. Nothing wrong with having some fun at work but get your orders out in a timely, professional manner! Order was ready at 6:50pm. Ordered the new Thanksgiving Sub and they didn’t give me any gravy in the bag (which I paid extra for). Made it half way home by the time it was noticed. Turned around and went back to the store and was told they were out of the gravy so they offered me a bag of chips instead. I was

Just wanted to give one of the best reviews I could possibly give a place. You have a kid named Julius - who every time we come in has the biggest smile and is probably one of the most gracious and family oriented looking kid you could possibly have. We’ve been in multiple times for the past year and every time we have a conversation with him - it just goes to show the quality of character that you hire. We came in this last time and there was a baby around and he’s holding the baby and still cleaning. It’s an amazing place that you can tell truly values families and we love it. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! I placed a last minute order and they were so fast and friendly and actually had it completed early! Our hungry clinic staff are going to love their lunch, thank you!!!

They were nice, but the cashier didn’t listen to me when I told her I didn’t want onions nor did I want caramelized onions (the sandwich has both). She rung up one but not the other. When I told her again, she rang up no caramelized peppers. I again told her, and she said “that’ll be $$$.” I ended up picking them off and lost half of my cheese in the process. The sandwich was good, but could have been better if I had cheese and no onion taste. Just listen to your customers and quit trying to talk over them.

My wife and I love Firehouse Subs so much we had it on a Monday and then again that Wednesday. The wife always gets her tried and true - Hook & Ladder, fully involved with NO lettuce. I had the tuna on Monday and the Corned Beef Brisket on Wednesday. I had to pay tribute to my family, you know. They offer a military discount, but it's a little different. It's not money off, but you either get a free upgrade drink size or some cookies or something. Their app is very easy to use and makes picking up better and faster. We can order when leaving work for the day and when I get there, it's ready, save for the freshly made drink. Awesome. Their subs are a TON better than the competition's and their sandwiches start off at 8" instead of a measly 6". That's a lot gooder!! They add nice tou
