Customer Reviews
Hello, I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at Firehouse Subs in Boiling Springs at approximately 5:30 PM today, February 25, 2026. While placing a to-go order, the employee assisting me was discourteous and unprofessional. I greeted her politely and asked how her day was going, but she made eye contact and did not respond. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking, did not allow me to finish ordering, and appeared visibly irritated. Additionally, her tone was dismissive, she did not acknowledge basic courtesies (such as “please” or “thank you”), and she seemed unwilling to answer simple questions about the menu. The overall interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable, as though my presence was an inconvenience. I understand that cust
This Firehouse Location is horrible. The Steak Sub tastes like rough horse meat! The other 5 star reviews are because u get reward points when you give good reviews, mine is based on honesty! Don’t waste your money in this nasty high dollar place.
They have AMAZING sandwiches, and fresh every time we go. It's very clean, the staff is nice, but watch out for one thing-PICKLE! You're supposed to get a pickle spear with your sandwich and they forget it every single time. The decor is kinda like a firehouse with uniforms pictures etc. So you know the history and why it's called Firehouse, which is really cool. They also have a kids menu where kids can choose a sandwich and chips or just like the regular menu; you can make your own. Two pieces of advice though- if you're going for pick up check your order we've received someone else's one time. And watch for cars, Firehouse is located right in the middle of one of the busiest four ways in Boiling Springs!
Worst experience I've had here so far. Not only did it take 5 mins of me listening to who I can only assume was the manager to even acknowledge my existence while she blabbed to her friend. Finally some teenager helped me and got my order wrong. She gave me a half sandwich when I ordered a foot long and wouldn't you know, didn't even add the au jus.. so I have half a sandwich with nothing to dip it into and spent well over half an hr waiting on them to get their butts in gear while they served the customers that came in way after me. Worst service ever.
I ordered at drive through and after paying no one came back to bring me my food. I waited 10 minutes at window before going inside to ask for it. I waited another 8 min inside for the food to be fixed. Once I got home the cup of soup is 1/2 full. Also looks more like potatoes than potato soup. Will not be back!
