Consistently delicious. Been here many times now since moving to Cville and it is my new go-to sandwich shop. Employees are beyond friendly. Sandwiches very fresh with generous portions. And the way the meat is prepared/cooked makes every sandwich that much more tasty. Will continue to return. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to this (or any) firehouse subs in years, so I thought I'd try it out again. The food here is delicious! It has the freshness of Jersey Mike's which I love. Both are quite different from Subway and Jimmy John's. My only gripe is how darn expensive it is. 15+ dollars for a 12 inch sub is crazy, and not something I can afford regularly. But that seems to be the nature of the beast when it comes to subs nowadays. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend this shop for anyone in the area! Additionally, barring a little side-eye from one employee, the service was solid as well.

Had the new large chicken sub advertised at $10.89. Tried to sell it to me before tax at $15. Told them I wanted the advertised price. Manager was in the bathroom for almost 15 minutes. After waiting for him (the joker didn't even wash his hands) he didn't honor their sign. False advertising is illegal. I'll be calling Corporate and BBB in the morning.

I will say the customer service that I experienced was great. Unfortunately, the potato soup was more like hot potato salad. (Which should not be a thing 🤷🏾‍♀️) The Italian sandwich was good, but this rating is based on this and a prior experience with a salad purchased from here. I want to note that I did call about the salad in August and was offered to have the salad replaced, I didn’t go back within the 30 days to recoup the dish. Once again, excellent customer service, but I tried it several months apart and still had issues with a portion of my meal.
