Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and I love the people and service. Tonight I asked for the 16oz steak Pittsburgh style, I also asked for a loaded baked potato and told them I need a bake potato not a peanut lol! MAN!! They made shut my mouth for the rest of the evening lol! This food was amazing and I’m truly loving their new Chef. Always great service and food made me write this tonight. This steak is amazing!! Thank you team Firebirds!!

Just moved to the area and we stopped by for Sunday Brunch. We made reservations for 1 pm. They sat us down right away. The server was very nice made sure we had everything we needed. Service was fast and the food was very good. No complaints for our first time here. Definitely will be back.

I typically do not give 5⭐️to chain restaurants, however this location has earned it. Great Food, service, and attention to detail describes this location. Our server Matt made the experience outstanding. The food perfectly made and seasoned. The drinks on point. Really can’t criticize anything. Well done Firebirds.

Came in for brunch to celebrate my parent’s anniversary with my family. Lovely atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. They brought a cheesecake with a happy anniversary sign and card signed by the staff for my parents at the end of our meal. The food itself was delicious!

I truly can’t be more appreciative of Jay for going above and beyond for us! He came into work early to make what was probably the most delicious cheesecake my co-workers and I have ever tasted. It was absolutely perfect and made our birthday/good-bye/happy retirement celebration that much more special. Not only was the cheesecake incredible, but the customer service was above and beyond in every way. Jay’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our request meant so much. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend — we will definitely be back!
