Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We ordered salmon and chicken. Pretty underwhelming, right? But wait! They both came from the grill, not a fake one, The Grill! You could tasted the smoke in the meat. The salmon came not on smashed potatoes, nope, but on a bed of grits and esparragus. And to top this marvel, they thrown a lobster fondue and added two really big shrimps. The chicken came with perfectly cooked broccoli and the best tater tots I had in a long time. For dessert: a creme brulé cheesecake that was insanely good. I almost forgot to tell you that for starter we ordered a goat cheese fondue which came with these garlic buttered toasts that was outwordly. I had a very good cherry Old Fashion. Quality food and great service! I had an amazing time with my family over the weekend. The only small con was the portion size for the salmon. While my family members received large pasta and salad portions, my salmon plate came with just one scoop of mashed potatoes and three carrots. Even though the portions were small, everything was SO delicious and clearly homemade. Our server was so sweet and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely come back to try more from the menu! Restaurant was also extremely clean and smelled amazing!

This was our 4th time here and we had a good experience. These are not complaints, but things I would adjust: salad dressing was a little tart, Firebirds chardonnay was on the sweet side... ok this is actually a complaint - the beer list is severely lacking for a place with $60 entrees (it's basic, boring, and on-par with big chain restaurants). That said, our server was fantastic. In addition to her professionalism, she brought us another round of drinks (the non-alcoholic ones) without asking. I don't know if that's standard procedure for Firebirds or just her attentiveness, but those little things go a long way. The food was excellent, too!

I celebrated my friend's birthday with a dinner at Firebirds. When I made the reservation, I let them know it was her special day. The hostess greeted her with a birthday wish, and our server, Derron, made our experience fantastic. We enjoyed a personalized birthday dessert and a beautiful postcard signed by the staff. We started with crispy Ranch Rings and delicious garlic ranch dip. I had a perfectly cooked ribeye steak, while my friend enjoyed the salmon salad. The Creme Brulee Cheesecake was a wonderful way to end our meal. A big thank you to Derron and the Firebirds team for making my friend feel so special!

We recently went to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill for my sister’s brunch and had such a great experience! The food and atmosphere were wonderful, and it was the perfect place to celebrate. That said, the real reason we’ll be coming back is the service. We had Jenia as our server and she was truly the best server we’ve ever had. She was so attentive, warm, and thoughtful — even surprising us by bringing over a congratulations cake for my sister. It was such a sweet touch that made the day feel extra special. Jenia made our experience outstanding from start to finish, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized!
