Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We made reservations for our Galentine dinner and we had an amazing time. Our server Brian was absolutely awesome. He was very attentive, patient, and extremely polite. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich with steak fries, 10/10! Honestly, I had a hard time choosing from the menu, which means I must return. I'll definitely be back to this location specifically.

A charge of $6.75 for an extra 4 pieces of broccoli is insane but what’s worse is getting food poisoning from the half burnt salmon. I will not be ordering from this location again and I’m not sure the fish was stored at the right temp. I’ve had salmon several times before with no problem and this had me suffering from both ends for 3 days.

The chef(s) at this location seem to care little about the delivery orders. Every steak I’ve ordered has been burnt and today my salmon was literally black it was so burnt. While my experiences in the restaurant are always of great quality, every delivery order is burnt.

Was here to take in some food and long conversation with my friend & business woman SJ. So we both ordered the BLT. She paired hers with a salad, me a FL Baked Potato. I normally do just butter, but splurged today. (I secretly wanted extra bacon on my sandwich but KNEW my body would be grateful if I did not.) I also ordered this delicious pineapple mocktail. The food came out looking so picture perfect that we couldn’t stop talking about it (forgot to take pic). It looked AND tasted like it was MADE WITH LOVE!!! it’s just a BLT and a fully loaded baked potato but it was so damn good!!! The server was Sherika. She was AWESOME. I forgot the chef’s name but her food was yummilicious!!!

I was very disappointed in the food. The salad and dessert were good. The salmon, potatoes and veggies were not. The veggies were not seasoned or steamed correctly. The salmon and potatoes were over seasoned, very salty. The server was nice but the wine recommendation was horrible. I dont think i would go back again. They were extremely busy so that may have played a part in the food being improperly prepared.
