Came back to update: STILL amazing. We made a reservation this time. We were seated promptly. Laisha was our server. She was a treat. Great service again. My dinner date ordered a seasonsl dish; Chile Salmon and shrimp with the lobster queso over mashed potatoes- was delicious. I treated myself to the half bottle Mosacto D’asti. Delicious. I always get the 16oz ribeye and take some home to my dog. Can’t recommend this plac enough. Excited to come back and eat outside in the spring. I’m leaving this review as I’m still seated. We had such a great time at this spot in Annapolis! The food was amazing…….from the juicy, perfectly medium-rare prime steak that tasted heavenly, to the honey. glazed grilled chicken that was so flavorful. Even the grilled corn was sweet and delicious. The warm atmosphere and friendly vibe made everything even better, and the staff took really good care of us. Overall, we enjoyed every minute and would definitely come back! Love this restaurant

Very nice atmosphere (visually). Food was very good. I cant say I have a favorite dish yet because I've only visited once. I would have given more stars but the air condition was on and it was 15 degrees outside. It was so cold I had to eat with my fur coat on, didn't finish my meal either because it was too cold for comfort. Yes we asked if they could do anything but the answer was no. Sitting in the middle of the restaurant, my napkin was blowing from the air. I'll visit again, in the spring. Plus it was kid friendly. Drinks good also.

My husband and I visited Firebirds on Saturday for our weekly date night, and everything was *perfect* from start to finish. We started with the deviled eggs—3 with bacon and 3 without—and they were absolutely delicious. I had a Sangria and he had an Old Fashioned, and both drinks were made perfectly. I ordered a salad with nuts and those little matchstick apples… divine! For dinner, I had the lobster fondue salmon, and he enjoyed the hot honey chicken sandwich. Both entrées were flavorful and beautifully prepared. We ended the night by sharing the bread pudding for dessert, and OMG it was *perfect*. Soft, warm, and the best sweet ending to a great meal. I took my daughter here for a birthday dinner! Thankfully we made a reservation because we noticed the wait time given to other guests was upwards of 2 hours. Says a lot about this place. Our server Malaina was amazing! She explained the dishes we were interested in soooo well and always made sure to check and see if we needed anything. Malaina also brought out a beautiful birthday dessert plate for my daughter and even had the restaurant singing happy birthday to her. Such a great experience. Thanks Malaina!
