Fire Crab Shack

Glad our experience turned outuch better tham anticipated. Upon arrival we were greeted by Willis. We had good service. They food we all had was delicious and very flavorful. I will say that those who got the Cajun House Medium seasoning were surprised it was so spicy. Definitely don't do Cajun unless you like it hot and spicy (I didn't mind). We loved that there was a lot of flavor and my crab was cooked well. The fried shrimp also seemed well seasoned. You may be surprised like us that your experience is way better than at first glance.

I had a bad experience with the previous owners, so I came today, decided to give the new management a chance…….. and had an amazing experience! The new manager went above and beyond the food was spectacular. I will be coming again often. I was amazingly surprised on the flavor and Service I would give 10 stars if could be!! They also serve Pho which they didn’t before! Thank you Francis!! I ordered all the seasoning and fire spiciness and it was perfect!!!

First time coming here and I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Crab legs were so good. The shrimp are huge! Good food and great service. Our server was very attentive, he kept checking up on us to make sure we were good. Definitely recommend if you like seafood and if you don't mind getting your hands dirty. The kids liked it too.

The food was great. The mussels were good but should've been cheaper because it was only a small amount of food. Pho noodles were good but needed a bit more seasoning.

No wonder this place is empty .I call to place an order. The lady picked up the phone speaking Spanish and I said is this King crab shack she said yes took my order once I came to pick it up, there was no record of her putting the order in . This is so unprofessional the guy work. The counter stated that he stepped away and she did not put the order in.. Maybe if you wanted more business, get someone that was more professional and able to put the order in for the customer to pick up at an accurate time
