The service and atmosphere here was perfect, and most of the foods are just extremely nice. We especially love the bread and the lobster, so well baked and cooked to perfection. And the beef we ordered was so tender that it just melts in your mouth. The only thing disappoints us is the saltiness of the pasta. We ordered the seafood pasta with urchin and clams. The ingredients were so good, but the sauce is just way too salty for us to bear. It was very nice of them to give us a complimentary beef pasta with tomato sauce, but again, extremely salty, a little bit more bearable. It might just be their style and decide to be a bit heavy on pasta, but not in my favor. Other than the pasta, everything is just nice and what you would expect for a Michelin 1 star.

We were in DC for the weekend and let the Michelin Guide provide suggestions. We were, of course, not dissapointed. One of the nice things about this restaurant is they don't require each guest to have the same tasting menu unless it's the nine course Brumidi which does require the whole table to get it. Nine courses seemed like too much this night so we had the Pascoli and Leggero between the two of us. We each thoroughly enjoyed our choices. There were a few surprises along the way. The classical wine pairing with the Pascoli was great, and I would recommend it. Each course, with roots from the Chef in Italy, was fantastic. What an enjoyable evening.

Fiola is an outstanding Italian restaurant. The service is excellent, precise, and genuinely impressive. The cocktails are exceptional, the pizzas are superb, and every appetizer and dessert reflects an extraordinary level of quality. Even the coffee is luxurious and perfectly executed. The entire experience is refined, elegant, and sophisticated. A restaurant with great style and class. Strongly and confidently recommended.

Been twice, both times flawless. The pasta and cheese are in a league of their own, and the meat is equally exceptional. If you’re doing the tasting menu, go with the 5-course — satisfying without overdoing it. The 9-course is impressive but come hungry. Fiola is simply one of the best dining experiences in DC.

A one Michelin star restaurant with three Michelin star taste! We have dined in many Michelin star restaurants, including two former #1 rated restaurants: the 11 Madison Park and Osteria Francescana, and Fiola's taste and services rival any of these restaurants we've tasted so far. We were happy to tell the General Manager Kingga Boratyn that, and then she had the executive chef Antonio Mermolia came out to meet us and took pictures together. The food was as good as it can get and the service was impeccable. The Wine pairing was perfect with the 9 course Brumidi tasting menu. Definitely worth a visit.
