I first contacted Alexander to ask about their green coffee beans as I am barely starting in this world of coffee and he was super friendly and patient. He explained the process and suggested how I should start and also offered to continue answering any question I might have down the road. I ended up ordering a couple of pounds of each process and I can't wait to roast them. The product came nicely packaged and on time. Thank you Alexander!
