Fin & Fino

Edited to add (apologies) I did not realize that the entire menu is small plates - which explains the smaller servings! Went to Fin and Fino for the first time. Have to give a shout out to the staff - the one constant at all of Jon Dresslers locations are the people. They are a lot of fun, they love their food, they take pride in what they do and it shows! The people around us got the treatment, and I have to say it all looked amazing! There were no complaints whatsoever from anyone at the table. As one would imagine - there was a great deal of fresh raw seafood as well as cooked. No surprise, it was fresh and excellent!  I got the roasted beets and the heart of ribeye. I love the Ambience beautiful artwork and the Chefs cooked right next to us so that was comforting our Waiter Max was delightful and made us all feel special as we celebrated my friend’s birthday. The bathroom was clean and they Valet our Parking so that was also nice. I got to sample a lot of Seafood they had a good variety and Oysters that was very delicious the price was steep and did not match the quality or quantity of food served so that was not so good but if you’re looking for an appetizer size serving it will be perfect and if you want unique Circus drinks your in the right spot we got big desserts of three different cakes so that was a plus to end the night so check it out and definitely ask for Max!

We had an early Valentines date and tried out Fin & Fino for dinner. We ordered The Treatment which was highly recommended and enjoyed 7 incredible dishes. I highly recommend this experience as some of our favorite dishes were ones we never would have originally ordered. Every plate was beautiful, flavored perfectly and an amazing experience. Keara, our server was welcoming, kind and guided us through the experience. She was a true delight and made the experience one to remember. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Charlotte. Little critique - If they were to update the interior, I think it would really elevate the dining. It has alot of opportunity!

Everything about our visit was fantastic — the food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We especially appreciated the creativity and presentation of each dish. The only small thing that left us a bit puzzled: my friend and I ordered different dishes, but for some reason, all of our food was brought out in the same shared plate at every course. It made it hard to enjoy our individual selections separately, even though our orders were placed independently. Still, a wonderful experience overall and I would absolutely come back!

Fantastic food and an overall great experience. The flavor profiles were incredible—thoughtfully balanced, layered, and genuinely unique. Every dish felt intentional and well executed. I highly recommend the scallops, and the oysters were absolutely phenomenal. On top of the food, the staff was outstanding. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent recommendations that led us in directions we normally wouldn’t have gone for dinner—and we’re glad we did. Between the interesting vibe, exceptional service, and truly impressive food scene, I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back.
