Filomena's Bean Coffee

Incredible place! We were on vacation and the service at Filomena’s exceeded all our expectations. Don’t miss it!

We’ve been meaning to try this cafe for a little and unfortunately we were sadly disappointed. It’s very cute inside and the staff was nice but the food was not good. We ordered to go the cheese tequeño, the cheese and guava and the beef empanada. The empanada was good but the tequeños tasted like they were literally dipped in some sort of cleaning detergent which was incredibly odd! We took one bite of each and immediately had to throw them away it was awful.

The gentleman working there was very nice and was helpful answering all of my questions. Food was good. But he said they do come pre made frozen and they warm it up. So it's not completely fresh. However non the less it was still good. With a nice atmosphere. They were doing construction outside but still made it easy to find. Was a little expensive but it's typical for a coffee shop. #stillbetterthenstarbucks

Lovely coffee shop downstairs in a condo complex. It’s nicely decorated with tables available inside and outside. My companions liked their empanadas. My latte was just OK. Service was good.

Great experience here, would definitely go back. The last and gentleman at the front were very kind and welcoming! The decor is super cute and has lots of cute paintings and memorabilia from movies throughout the decades. We got the ham and cheese empanada which was 10/10, super flaky in the outside but nice and hot gooey and cheesy on the inside! The mango smoothie was great too! The dulce de leche frap which was DELICIOUS, definitely on the sweet side. This is a hidden gem! We stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham which was right across the street so the walk was about 5 mins! Highly recommend if you are staying nearby or looking for a fun new coffee shop that’s family owned and very unique:)
