Filli's Deli And Jersey Baking

Came for the donuts, had a great conversation with the staff. I got 1 of every donut they had available at the time I was there. They were what I consider the best donuts of the many I've tried. Also I tried the cannoli and it was also probably the best cannoli I've tried in NY. Will definitely return. Finally had the chance to return for the cronuts and they were great, so fresh and fluffy, also tried a cherry Fritter wasn't as good as I had hoped it was a bit flat and could've used some filling to help with it being a bit bready and slightly dry.

We called ahead and ordered 3 basic sandwiches on hard rolls and were told 35 minutes. We arrived at the given time and proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes for our food. Our food hadn’t even been started by the time we got there, and there was essentially no acknowledgement of our presence when we arrived and as we waited. Once we got to our destination, we were surprised and displeased with the order itself. The sandwiches were packaged poorly, all three orders were incorrect, and one sandwich was dripping in mayo to point of being nearly inedible. We called and asked to speak with management, and were told we would receive a follow up call. It’s now been 1 week, and we have received no follow up. Service is always slow but I try to support local businesses. Get the vibe from the staff that they don't feel appreciated or supported by whoever owns the shop. They are not adequately staffed and seem overwhelmed...walked in at 9:30 am on a Sun as the only other customer was leaving... ordered one bagel and one sub and it took 22 min. The main sub maker seemed busy so the cashier made it. I simply asked for mayo to be added to half the sub and this is what I got. Even then, the toast beef was plentiful but tasteless. I want to help this place stay in business and have gone there may times over the years (pastries are better than what Hannaford sells) but never again for subs. The roll wasn't as good as in the past and the bagel that day was basically a roll, not the real thing 😞

Oh my god I had the best roast beef sub in my life in this place. I walked in and was amazed at how old school it was like old fashioned deli. The staff was outstanding made everything fresh and the sub was huge I apologize for not taking a phot of the amazing sub it was to damn good and I ate it before I realized I wanted a photo of it. If you are in valatie NY or passing through you need to get lunch here. And to top it all off they had my favorite beverage cheer wine in a bottle just outstanding. And check out the photos. The food here always tastes good, even if most of their online breakfast menu isn't stocked any more. Service is always fast and professional, but not very friendly. Every time I go in though it feels weird because it looks like the entire store could be cleared out in a half hour. If the shelves and coolers are 1/4 full, that's a lot for them, and the hasty poorly written signs on cardboard don't exactly scream "I care about how my business looks". Today was the first time I actually had an issue with the food. I ordered two ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches and added hashbrowns. When I got home, both sandwiches were basically missing a bottom piece of roll on one half. I'm not sure why a deli can't cut rolls correctly, especially since I was the only customer ordering sandwiches so they di
