I had the mozz and vodka slices which were pretty good. Ned the owner was so nice he gave me a roni pinwhell with Mike's Hot Honey and cookie on the house which were also pretty good! I like how they make slices thin enough so that it's not too filling and allowed me to taste more of the flavors on the pizza. Ned was also very kind and great to chat with! There's table space in the back to eat and a bathroom. The prices are very reasonable and are more worth than some other places in the area. Parking might be tricky here just FYI. Highly recommend stopping by for a slice!
Decided to try this place based on the positive reviews and im in shock. Took one bite, both chicken roll and pinwheel were undercooked and had raw dough. Besides being undercooked the chicken roll was extremely salty, no flavor, and soggy. The marinara sauce is like water. Pinwheel tastes old.
The restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine and it is halal. Several tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. Soups, appetizers, salads, rolls, pizza, pastas, entrees, heroes, wraps, burgers and beverages are available. I ordered a plain cheese pizza pie, salad and chicken parmigiana with linguine. The food was well-prepared and very good.
Let's be honest, choosing the right spot for a first date is stressful. This place made it easy. The lighting is flattering (dim but not dark), the music is at that perfect volume where you can actually hear each other talk, and the vibe is cozy but still cool. We ended up staying for hours, just chatting over wine and small plates. The food was delicious—interesting enough to spark conversation, but not so weird that either of us felt out of our comfort zone. If it goes well, it's a great start. If it doesn't, at least the food was good. Win-win.
Rlly authentic delicious Italian pizza. Atmosphere is welcoming and the gentlemen in the front is very polite. He gave us two homemade cookies just for buying his tasteful pizzas. Would 100% come back here.
