Fiesta Tacos

So many good unique vegetarian tacos / choices! The hibiscus tacos (along with the hibiscus iced tea) is super good! Their tofu chorizo was my favorite, I liked the tofu chorizo quesadilla the most! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food with substantial vegetarian options!

One of the food trucks set up at the entrance to Bellows AFB, legitimately good Mexican food (especially for Hawaii) at very reasonable prices considering how expensive everything is nowadays. I got the fiesta bowl, it was a medium sized bowl stuffed full of rice, meat of your choice (the birria was so tender and flavorful, not dry or stingy at all!), two kinds of beans, corn, veggies, on a large toasty tortilla. For $15 it was really quite filling and well balanced. Would definitely get it again!! The service was super fast and friendly too!

The last time I had tacos this good was in Mexico! Great street tacos with delicious garnishes. They also have bowls, burritos, and specials. Very accommodating to my dairy-free needs. Visit on Saturdays at Bellows for stunning scenery while you eat.

Fresh and oh so tasty. Great explanation of what is in each dish and a good range of sodas. We tried the shrimp quesadillas and pork tacos. Both were real restaurant quality 😎

Stopped by after the beach and had the burrito…it was so massive and so delicious!! And the price was so good, could only eat half! while I waited they offered free freshly fried pork rinds!! So awesome!! Everyone has to try this pop up!!!
