Fiesta Mexico Restaurant

Personally the food is good most of the time I go. However, I recently decided to go and try the taco Tuesday deal. Unfortunately the meat was extremely cold and the tortillas weren’t even warmed up. I wouldn’t recommend coming for taco Tuesday because of that… I still do enjoy most of the meals they have there, but I think that’s reason enough not to give 5 stars.

Had a great lunch experience here. Food was served perfectly warm and fast service. After a few disappointing experiences eating Mexican food in Kansas, this place was a great find! I loved the chicken flautas!

Ordered a breakfast burrito, thought it was a little pricey but not bad. When I got my food I opened the little container on top expecting salsa and such. It was pancakes! A short stack of silver dollar pancakes,a very pleasant surprise. Food was very good, will be back.

We were looking for dinner options after church Saturday night and decided to give the new Mexican restaurant a try. Being our first time there, we were unsure what to order. The gentleman who was taking our order (who happened to be the owner) was very patient with us and made some excellent recommendations. We ended up getting the chicken fiesta bowl, burrito mojado, and cocktel camaron y pulpo. The presentation was very impressive and the taste was phenomenal! The salsa and green chili sauces were both quite spicy (but we had been warned the green chili sauce was spicy). Overall it was a great dining experience and will definitely be returning!
