Fiesta Jalisco

You’ve probably had good Mexican before no doubt But if you want amazing authentic Mexican food, food that taste like there is a kitchen full of little abuelitas cooking for you ? Run don’t walk to Fiesta Jalisco (pronounced haleesco) There is something about this place baked into the atmosphere, maybe it’s just the cool ethnic music that plays transporting you to a beautiful Mexican village or maybe it’s the staff that’s super pleasant and always smiling and courteous and helpful and attentive Or maybe it’s the decor check out the beautiful carvings in the booths and art work on the walls. I don’t usually eat r.beans but this was so flavorful! The best fresh margarita I’ve had in a long time! I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Firstly I want to apologize to the owners of this place because I thought I left a review awhile ago and only recently realized I hadnt. The food is delicious, the staff is warm and welcoming. Its one of the few places I can find good chili verde (which I always crave when Im missing my dad so being able to get it locally means alot). My boyfriend and I frequent this spot regularly and even though we both live in Palm Bay, we will always make the drive here for really good Mexican food. The tables and booths are a work of art. The music is vibrant and loud enough to be enjoyed but not so loud you cant have a conversation. We all enjoyed our dishes! They let us know they were short staffed before we sat but it didn’t seem to impact anything. Our waiter was friendly and on point too! Picture is of their veggie chimichanga!

Good, but has potential to be better. The super burrito was very good. The steak is chewy but it is stewed and has really good flavor. They obliged me and put the rice on the side. The rice and beans were lackluster and the rice was lukewarm. I liked the Spanish music playing in the background. To the owner, please fix the door that keeps slamming shut. It shakes the whole building and ruins the atmosphere. Service was very good and attentive.

Come here all the time. Manager with the cool mustache is a superb at customer service always making my company and I happy with drinks, food and jokes. Highly recommend!
