Fern Hill Farm

We had a great experience at Fernhill. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was fun to see the goats and chickens. Coffee in the morning under the big tree looking out over the pasture was serene. Breakfast was fantastic.

My husband and just visited here for 3 nights. Our stay at the Fern Hill Farm was great. Amy made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She was easy to communicate with over the phone and by text. We were in the Washington room, which was super clean, quiet and had everything we needed. It even has adjustable heating and a hair dryer. The room has a claw foot tub with jacuzzi jets and other beautiful antique furniture. The goats milk soap is a lovely addition too. The breakfasts each day were hearty with good coffee and freshly baked breads, fresh eggs and fruit. I especially liked how flexible Amy was with the breakfast time. Altogether an excellent experience, especially for the animal lovers out there. They have goats, chickens and kitties too!

What a lovely, lovely place to stay. The setting is beautiful, the goats are fun, the kitties are THE BEST (Gizmo a favorite), the beds were comfortable, Amy was a delight, breakfast was DELICIOUS, the robes were a nice amenity, the bathroom spacious, and the price was incredibly reasonable. It is very hard to find a charming New England Inn with TWO beds in room, but this is a great option if you're in search of that, or just a great place to stay. Loved it! Would definitely go back! And the goat soap is great.

We stayed at Fern Hill Farm for one night and loved our stay. We arrived late, but it was easy to find, park, and get settled in. We were greeted by one of the cats! The room was a good size and was nice and quiet through the night, so we slept great. In the morning, Amy made a delicious breakfast for us. The best banana bread we’ve ever had. Before checking out, we stopped by the barn and hung out with the goats. I highly recommend Fern Hill Farm B&B!

Amy, the owner at Fern Hill Farm, is an excellent and hardworking host. We enjoyed our stay at her Farm, as well as our conversation with her in the mornings, when she made the most delicious breakfasts. We likewise enjoyed our rooms and the main meeting areas, which were well decorated according to the time-period of the home.
