Fermentality/Niya Bakery

I wanted to try this bakery because I was in the area. It is a small bakery just pick up. There is no seating, but the bakery is clean and pleasant. I met the owner who was friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be able to eat a gluten free, low carb dessert. The items we did purchase were fresh, moist and delicious. It was a bit pricey, but when you like baked goods, and can’t have gluten in it and or are diabetic this is a nice solution.

I saw their signs and decided to stop in. As someone allergic to gluten and living the low carb lifestyle I was excited to see what they had, but a little skeptical because deserts from most places are dry. I decided to try the mini turtle Bundt cake and it was hands down the best dessert I’ve had in over a decade!! I was in absolute heaven and then to find out it was only 220 calories! The perfect snack! I can’t recommend them enough! I will definitely be back!

This bakery is amazing if you are sugar-free, or gluten-free, or doing a keto diet. Not only do they have a great variety of desserts but they are so yummy. My favorites are the brownie and the cheesecakes. But everything is good! This place does not disappoint. Plus, she is always so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this bakery!

The best keto bakery and fermented goods (ultra-probiotic) in LA country. Since discovering Damon's kimchi and sour krout, I discovered what a truly healthy digestive system is. Ilkay's baked goods are amazing. Try the scones or decadent (healthy) deserts, you will be impressed. You can also get their products at the Marina farmer's market on Sundays.

This is a tiny little shop, so not an eat-in experience, but their deserts and fermented products (we tried the 🌶️ (!!) pickles) and a kefir beverage) were so well made. Everything tasted both delicious and wholesome. Highly recommend!! Our family will be regulars.
