The male cashier needs to work on his customer service. Beware that this ain't Gramma soul food it's more of a Caribbean fusion. I had small collard greens to try out and a small candied yam.both were edible won't be repurchasing though. I ordered my son three chicken tenders and fries for the kids meal and the cashier struggled taking my order. I actually witnessed the struggle with a few other orders as well. When he gave me my food he didn't give me my soda. I also asked him a question about their Mac and cheese and he responded that I have to pay for it. That showed that his listening skills are not good. The woman cashier was nicer. She offered to let me try it but I was not trying to get anything free from them. I recommend you go there if you like and hopefully your experience is

The fish was very good…cooked to order and seasoned just right!!! The Mac n cheese, cabbage, and shrimp were OK. The customer service could be a lot better with just a smile 🙂.

Amazing experience here. I got the steak and cheese sandwich and a fresh fruit smoothie. The food was so delicious. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is nice. Felicia's Woodridge Kitchen is definitely worth the visit!

The Food was better when it was The Golden Skillet!!! Don't get me wrong, the atmosphere of the Felicia Woodridge Kitchen was very low-key and chill. The Hostess/ Cashier was very nice and has good customer service. I just wish the taste quality of the food reflects that..I have to be honest with my review!!!! Soul Food without proper seasoning just doesn't sit well with me..Cooks definitely need to be experienced and know why it's called soul food in the first place.. because of flavor and seasoning. Also, let me give y'all a Soul Food 101 lesson, baked macaroni and cheese is exactly what the name says; Baked like a pie. Not loose like it's Kraft!!😩😩😩😩😩 Plus, it's just Overpriced for no reason at all!! I give this place a hard Pass!!! Hopefully, they will improve in the flavor and prep
