FedEx Ground

First I was assured that I wasn’t required to sign or be there to receive it but they put a failed to deliver notice because I wasn’t there. But I guess that was a small blessing as the picture of the sticker wasn’t even at my address! How does the driver bring it to the wrong address but then also refuse to drop it off due to no recipient when that wasn’t required?! If I could give 0 I would!

By far the worst shipping facility. I've received 4 packages in the last 2 weeks and all 4 have been crushed. They have expensive hats inside. When you file a claim they say file a claim with the company you bought from. The company replaced the damaged product and FedEx destroyed it again. I called customer support today and all they could say was file a claim with the company again. The first Pic is the first time they destroyed it and the second is the package they replaced it with. Both obviously destroyed. It sucks but I have to stop ordering from that company because all they use is fed ex. Worst company I've ever dealt with by far. They destroy your items you purchase with your hard earned money and then just try and pass the problem just to destroy it again when the other company f

I was home all day yesterday expecting a food delivery from Hungryroot. My order never arrived. There was never a knock on my door or a doorbell ring. Somehow the driver from this FedEx location was unable to deliver my order and since I was home all day expecting this order to arrive it's a load of crap. This was food! Food that needed to be refrigerated. And stuff for me and my family for the holidays and for me to eat at work. Maybe you'll "try again" today but I know it's already gone bad since the truck left at 1:45 AM yesterday and I actually won't be here today so will I ever see this delivery? Now I have to go repurchase all this food, food I already paid for, food that I needed to start preparing yesterday. I am absolutely pissed off at this delivery location because THIS ISN'T TH

Drivers consistently lie about us not being available when they don't even get out of the truck. The reason they zoom in so close to the door tag is because they are in their truck snd you can't prove they didn't leave it on your door. They've done it so many times, it's why we wait outside for them. Apparently it's easier to park around the corner and not deliver anything to apartment buildings then it us to do their job. When fedex ground takes over and I can't hold it at a pickup location I know it's more likely my item will get returned to shipper then delivered to my door. The best part is even though it makes more work for fedex in the end, the company doesn't care and it almost appears it's what they teach drivers to do. It never fails. Critical package. Friday. Nearby. Sitting. Finally call... Not until tomorrow. Except this time it was a medical device that is overdue and about the only thing that will help me avoid deadly BP spikes.
