Fazoli's

Fazoli's left my home town many years ago, excited to see one in Pueblo. Staff was smiling, pleasant and helpful. Bread sticks were amazing like I remember. I had the baked spaghetti with the meatballs, and it was very good. I enjoyed every bite.

Clean enjoyable location. Very prompt and efficient service. Recommended Combo option but didn't have a pizza ready. Ultimate Platter was nicely prepared and I enjoyed it greatly. Due to early on the lunch crowd, staffing was low and I had to go get my own extra breadsticks. Overall still a five-star for fast food.

I visit this Fazoli’s regularly, usually through the drive-thru, and it’s almost always a good experience. The food is hot, the orders are prepared quickly, and everything tastes decent. It’s become one of my go-to spots when I want something consistent after a long day. I also want to specifically recognize Nick for his service. On one visit, there was a mix-up with my order. Mistakes happen, but what stood out was how professionally he handled it. When I came back through the drive-thru, he listened, apologized, and had the correct order made right away without any hassle or attitude. He even added a little extra to make up for the inconvenience. My decision to eat at Fazolis was based on the photos assumingly taken by customers. WTH! Did I go to the rt place? Stepping in, the place had an old musty smell(not Italian), but it was clean with its 1970's atmosphere. Ok, con'ting on. The food, When it finally made it to the table, had my sisters order wrong, and the garlic chicken ravioli with something resembling Alfredo sauce was my order along with a salad. I've eaten there before and its usually good. But this last time it was awful got the loaded bake spaghetti and the sausage was burnt not just over cook it was black inedible. Spaghetti was dry dry no bacon to be seen 3 or 4 mushrooms. The kind of meal that makes you never wanna go back. The girl at the window you could tell didn't wanna be there.
