Fazoli's

Literally so disgusted right now with this location. Always gotten Fazolis from Hillview location and loved it. Went to this location ONCE and will NOT be back. Food was horrid. Some noodles were randomly cold? Meat was undercooked? Looked thrown together. Then the cheesecake we got -purchased the STRAWberry cheesecake, got a plain piece that was WAY expired/stale/nasty and had a yellow film on top of it. THEN their Italian “donuts” with the Ghirardelli chocolate sauce? Terrible. Literally hard, no powdered sugar, and the sauce was literally chocolate sauce you can get at the store. Also was cold and disgusting. This honestly made me sick, and I didn’t eat dinner. Very VERY disgusted and displeased with this location.

Affordable and delicious Italian food, got free bread sticks. TRUCKERS THERE IS HUGE PARKING LOT HERE ABANDONED LA FITNESS SO YOU CAN PARK YOUR SEMI AND HAVE NICE LUNCH

It’s a fast food Italian chain and haven’t been in over a decade. My favorite thing here is the pepperoni breadstick and Italian ice strawberry drink. The food temp could be a little higher. Also really love the breadsticks that come with your meal.

I was definitely impressed, in a very good way, with this particular Fazoli’s. Quick, clean, friendly, and delicious! That’s a combination to be proud of. Serenity, the girl that took my order, was very helpful and patient as I made a couple of choices. She made some recommendations and handled everything with courtesy and …. a smile! I went with the “Loaded Baked Spaghetti” which was perfect. Parm cheese and crushed red pepper, both staples for me, were not needed. Unlimited breadsticks if you dine-in is a major plus. They are good - soft, fresh, buttery, and the garlic outstanding. If I lived locally, I would absolutely be a regular! Yes, please …. and thank you !

The food was good! Another customer complimented how beautiful the cheese was melted, which I agree! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, all the staff was really nice! The inside was really clean and nice!! We will definitely be going back.
