Andrea B in the Bellefontaine, Ohio location is a breath of fresh air. She was super friendly over the speaker in the drive thru, and even sweeter when we pulled around. A genuine smile and vibrant personality that made me want to go right back through the drive thru to talk to her again. Good service is hard to come by these days, but she is EXCELLENT!!! Keep being you Andrea, YOU ARE AMAZING 👏

It was my first visit and I enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is classic with a homey touch. I tried chicken ravioli with a siding of NY-style cheesecake and was pleased with it.

Alyssa took our orders. After a long day of back breaking work, her divine service was exactly what I needed to bring me back from the brim of despair. Thank you fazoli’s and thank you Alyssa, for showing me what it means to love 100% natural pasta.

It's fast-food Italian. It's not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but it's nothing to brag about. This location is clean and everyone was friendly. The prices are good and the selection is what you'd expect. Not where I'd go for a "dinner out" evening but it's a nice change from burger and pizza joints.

Macie was amazing. She exemplified what customer service should look like. Not only was she helpful taking orders but her attention to detail as she came to our table was great. Friendly and helpful yet not overpowering by any means. Great job Macie.
