FAVORITE COFFEE MUSEUM

I like the view when you walk in. It’s different from many cafe shops. I’m not big on coffee so I can’t much about the Biscoff drink. (Btw the drink it’s called Biscoff cookie Einspanner). I only get it just cuz I wanna try new things. And because I wanna wake up and have little bit of energy 😅 I can’t taste much of Biscoff. Maybe because coffee overpowering it. The pastry I like but feel like the outer part bread I think that’s what you call it could of been better. The service is great. The place is nice and clean. It’s a great place to hang out.

Ordered the Rosie Tonic. Taste is refreshing and mild flavor of rose without it tasting overly sweet. They are located behind the Pho-Ology building, facing Norwalk Blvd. Beautiful seating and pottery bowls and cups in display. They do not have the hours posted as of yet but upon asking, they shared they are open on weekdays 8:30am-2pm and weekends 8:30am-4pm.

Warm woods and a piano-laden soundtrack welcome you into this beautifully crafted neighborhood coffee shop with a thoughtfully curated soft opening menu. Highly recommend for both communal gatherings and solo study sessions. Ask about the Einspänner.

I had the biscoff cookie einsplanner. I’m still sitting in the coffee shop. It’s up there with the best coffees I have ever had. I want to order another one to go but don’t want to appear glutinous to my new best friends (the baristas). It changed my life.

Soft opening so long wait >40 minutes. Unfortunately my drink didn’t get a full espresso shot. Just tasted like milk. Second drink tasted completely bitter. Hopefully they improve the quality control. Definitely wait until they hire more people.
