Fatty's Seafood - Slidell

They are here to play, they are here to stay. For the best food on Gause blvd there is no other choice but Fatty's. Sporting southern classics and a rockin boil. I will time and time again bring my self and friends to this amazing location. The seafood is fresh, the bar is well stocked, and the menu while not one of a kind, is always delicious. No matter the time or day, the consistency of food served here is always up to par. The potential for the best spot in Slidell is within their grasp. But at times the only thing holding this establishment back is a lack of service. While I always enjoy the food and spirits, I am faced with the unfortunate fact that the wait staff is not always knowledgeable about the selection, and many small details that could take this place into the stratosphere

This place was terrible. The people acted like they didn't want to serve us. The food was skimpy, bland and overpriced. The crabcakes didn't have crabmeat in it. Tasted like Cisco premade food. They were not accommodating. The bread was tasteless.

Great place to enjoy some drinks and great food! Was craving crawfish and they thoroughly satisfied my craving! Crawfish were boiled perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning to get that nice burn on your lips!

Tasty food. Friendly and attentive server. Love the coziness of the seating areas. Can get close or enjoy elbow room. Clean restaurant and clean restroom. We had the spinach appetizer along with a stuffed crab plate and shrimp sampler as well as the crawfish bread. We also had the gumbo. Hail to the Chef. Really enjoyed all. Delish!

I can’t say enough great things about the manager Josh, Madi, and the entire kitchen team! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Josh and Madi went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The food coming out of the kitchen from the kitchen manager G, Tevin, and Milton was phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. You can tell there’s real talent and pride behind the scenes. makes
