First I must say that the food is absolutely amazing I have not had anything so far that I did not like I have had quite a few dishes from them brisket very tender and delicious the loaded baked potato with grilled chicken absolutely amazing the empanadas incredible and also their chicken wings with their specialty sauce which is my favorite. Secondly the inside of the restaurant is very clean and inviting. Last but not least the staff is absolutely amazing they are very friendly and eager to serve in any way they can. The owner also chef is absolutely amazing he will go above and beyond to ensure you have what you want to your liking. Hats off to the chef who absolutely love what he does and is very passionate about cooking which make it very easy for me to say I will definitely be back a

Oh My Goodness! Who has been hiding this culinary gem? Fat Boys Bbq Manorville. Every dish was delicious and freshly prepared. The portions were incredibly generous, enough to feed the entire household for two days. Our order included corn nuggets, Brisket, Kielbasa, Mac and cheese, corn, homemade slaw, potato salad, and cornbread. My son thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken and waffles sandwich. Ethan's verdict was unequivocal: Best BBQ Food Ever! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even threw in a corn on the cob on the house because my son just HAD to have it. The brisket just fell apart and a great flavor, my husband raved the kielbasa was cooked perfectly and was tasty.

The food here is amazing and plentiful. We drove from Riverhead because the uber eats we ordered from them was so delicious. Meaty ribs, crispy fries, juicy corn on the cob and that savory barbecue sauce to dip everything in. Everything came out fresh and piping hot just the way I like it. The place is small but comfortable and quiet, the bathroom was clean. There are lots of deals, and discounts too.

Shocked the place was empty, gigantic menu and everything from burgers to empanadas to spanish rice to bbq to dessert. Owner was there and was incredibly kind… you can tell he takes pride in tbe food and loves what he does. we were unsure what we wanted and he kindly offered us each a gigantic rib to try. Sold us right there. We both got half rack of ribs platter and they were gigantic and flavorful. Beans were good, collard greens were good, cornbread was good, mac and cheese was pretty good too… although a little different than what I was expecting. Corn fritters were delicious as well. Reasonably priced. I can’t vouch for the entire menu, but I’ll be back to try… and I’d at the very least give the ribs a shot if you’re in the area!

We stumbled upon a gem. I’m from queens New York where I have had it all but when I tell you this FATBOYSBBQ joint was amazing and you need to try it , you need to try it . The people are lovely and gave us so much food and the brisket tasted like how my mother makes it to die for. The ribs were really good really filling too of your super hungry get the ribs !!!! And the burnt ends phenomenal!!!! That smoky sweet flavor was everything I like in a burnt end. We came on Thursday so of course we got the free dessert we went with the Graham cracker chocolate pudding with whipped cream delicious. Definitely coming back !!!!
