I had his food at a catered event. It was great! The brisket was so tender with a beautiful smoke ring. The chicken looked liked what you would see at a BBQ contest. The potato salad was the bomb. His beans were a great additional. You wouldn't go wrong, stopping by his trailer or using him for your catered event.
I’ve eaten BBQ all across the country, and this was the absolute best brisket I’ve ever had. Amazing smoke, tender, and the sauce pairs perfect. Amazing BBQ!
