Best restaurant in Mentone. Breakfast is great, Breakfast biscuit is a two hand hold sandwich. Chicken bacon ranch wrap is awesome as well.

Food was cold as ice, ordered enchiladas. Meat was laid out on the side with warm cheese in a bowl… basically had to make my own enchilada… TERRIBLE! Lady was rude as hell and the fork had dried crusty something on it. GROSS! They’re in the heart of the dumpster.

I recently visited Fat Boy Burgers in Mentone, TX — and wow, it absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere was laid-back and perfect for a casual meal out. We ordered cheeseburgers and some fries — the burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the fries were crisp and well-seasoned. Everything tasted super fresh. I was also impressed with how fast our food came, even though the restaurant was moderately busy. The portions were generous, and the prices felt totally fair for the quality of food we got. Overall, it was easily one of the best burger experiences I’ve had in West Texas. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family. Highly, highly recommend!

You do not need to go to New Orleans, to get the best Cajon and Creole cooking you will ever have. All you need to do is go to Fat Boys in Mentone Texas! Miss Kay and Sam will treat you like family and make sure you get the best food this side of New Orleans. Fat Boys also offers other menu items like Po’ Boys, chicken wings, daily specials, and more. If you are there in the morning, you will be in for a treat because Sam makes the best grits to go with your eggs and bacon. Going out of the way to eat at Fat Boy’s will not leave you disappointed!
