Absolutely revolting. First of all a 'farmers fridge' is not a modern vending machine. The roasted chicken was dry, practically dehydrated. Blandly flavored. Cold. Basically everything you do not want if you are unfortunate and desperate enough to happen to want to ear from a vending machine. You are better off sourcing your meal from somewhere else.
I had morning and afternoon appointments at the VA and did not want to leave the facility but wanted something fresh and delicious (and frankly with minimal human interaction as hospitals make me nervous). I’d wanted to try this and so glad I did. It’s not cheap, but nothing is… and this is a healthier choice than I would have made going through the grill line. I’m so grateful this option was here. I was able to try something I wanted, have a great meal, and I didn’t have to leave. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Also, I’m saving the jar and sticker so I can make this and take it to work in the future… there’s not a farmers fridge in sight there.
