Farmer Brothers

One of the worst companies I have ever done business with and I've worked in the industry a long time in several different countries. Deliveries are consistently late, or never show up. Reps and manager are nearly impossible to get a hold of at any time of the day and they do not call you back. Most of the time they are not even aware of what is in their inventory. Product specs are confusing and all over the place. The know almost nothing about the products they are trying to sell. They sent someone out to install drip coffee machines. He installed the incorrect ones, then when we asked them to fix their mistake, they wanted to charge us for the service. I'm guessing the owner of this company is a golf buddy with someone high up, because I can't see a reason why they are still in business

The hours for deliveries us 7a-3p. Very unfriendly, snobby and the communication is horrible. This is not a semi trucks friendly business. It's an accident waiting to happen and the loads don't pay that well for the nonsense and stress it puts on the drivers that deliver here.

Drivers beware! You have to back into dock from 56th, which is very busy with lots of traffic! Drivers refuse to stop to let you back! Accident waiting to happen! They no longer come out to stop traffic due to said drivers. Accept at your own risk!

Staff was fast and friendly . Backing from the street to the dock a piece of cake. Will definitely deliver here again.

Their rep Mark doesn't even deserve a one star. I'm so disgusted at how unprofessional he was.
