I visited Fare for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Since it was my first time, I had quite a few questions, and Nolan was incredibly accommodating. I was even able to sample two sides before deciding what sides I wanted for my salmon plate; I’m so glad I did because I ended up loving the cabbage and cauliflower (must try) much more than the broccoli and grape salad! I got the salmon plate with kale instead of the rice, baked sweet potatoes, cabbage and cauliflower, and the muffin which is also a must try. Everything was delicious. ​A huge thank you to Nolan, who was exceptionally kind and patient. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my order. Fare has the most flavorful, delicious, vibrant food! I crave the veggies from here and enjoy the smoky chicken. I have difficulty going anywhere else for lunch when I visit Chicago!
