Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

There aren't many close locations anymore for me, but this was definitely the perfect choice for a special occasion. Ordered for family feast platters that had more than enough food to feed an army. Brisket was juicy and tasty, chopped pork was moist and had good flavor complimented with cornbread, corn, coleslaw, crispy fries. With such a large order that I had placed ahead of time, still ready in about 30 minutes. So very happy with overall service and made sure there were plenty of sauces, cutlery and much needed wet wipes.

Service is fantastic. Ambience is superb, you get that classic american diner. May favorite is the brisket and the rib tips! Thanks Kimmy for an exceptional service! We’ll be coming back for sure!

The sweet corn must have been soaking all day, very watery and no taste. The ribs I got were tough and over cooked. Couldn’t even cut off the bone with a butter knife. Probably the worst ribs I’ve ever had. I asked for all of the bone ribs, couldn’t be farther from what I asked for.

I had the St Louis ribs delivered by Ubereats. So very disappointed! This was my ex’s and my favorite place to have ribs. We went at least once a month. Boy, the quality has really gone down. My ribs were more like pork chops, I don’t like pork chops but they had more flavor than my ribs. The sauce is still really good, the ribs, not so much. I won’t order from them again. Maybe I listen to friends and do Russel’s ribs. Too sad.

1st time eating here. The Mac n Cheese, fries and Corn Muffin were delicious. The ribs are not the most tender. My waitress Betty was absolutely great. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She is very polite, kind, and really cares. She definitely is a great person to be waited on by. I would definitely go back and try more of their food and I would recommend it to everyone that doesn’t expect fall off the bone ribs
